The written report is the product. This is how each one is prepared — from first facts to the final PDF and Excel workings.

Initial facts

Every engagement begins with the facts — the transaction, the parties, the dates and figures, and the outcome you need. A short first conversation establishes what is being decided and by when.

Document checklist

You receive a specific checklist for your matter — deeds, statements, proofs, and prior filings. Nothing generic; only what your facts require. Documents are shared securely by email or WhatsApp.

Computation & workings

The numbers are built in a structured Excel workbook — indexation, exemption comparisons, thresholds, and sensitivities — so every figure in the report is traceable to a working.

Draft observations

Findings and recommended options are set out in a draft for discussion. This is where alternatives are weighed and questions resolved, before anything is finalised.

Final report + Excel

You receive the final PDF report — executive summary and structured sections — alongside the Excel workings bundle, issued under a single report number you can keep, refer to, and forward.
