Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fees for professional services are non-refundable. Please read this before making a payment.

1. Scope

This policy applies to fees paid to Savan U Shah & Associates (trading as "Savan Shah & Co."), Chartered Accountants, Ahmedabad ("we", "us", "the Firm"), including payments made through this website (savanshahandco.in). It should be read with our Terms & Conditions.

2. No refunds

We provide professional services — advisory, compliance, audit, certification, and related work. Fees are charged for professional time and expertise, and once a payment is made towards an engagement it is non-refundable. A professional service, once undertaken or delivered, cannot be returned, and fees are therefore not refunded, whether in whole or in part.

Before making any payment, please confirm the scope and fee with us in writing, so there is no doubt about what the payment covers.

3. Cancellation

You may choose to discontinue an engagement at any time by informing us in writing. Where you do so, we will stop further work, but fees already paid are not refunded. Any additional agreed fee for work already carried out up to that point remains payable.

4. Incorrect, duplicate, or failed payments

The no-refund position above applies to genuine payments made towards our services. It does not apply where money has been collected in error. Accordingly, if a payment fails but the amount is debited, or you are charged more than once for the same service, or an amount is collected that was never due, the excess or erroneous amount is returned to you in full.

To claim such an amount, email savan@savanshahandco.in or message +91 96382 65990 with your name, the payment date and amount, and the transaction/reference number. We aim to acknowledge within 2 (two) working days and, once verified, to process the return within 7 (seven) working days to the original payment method. The time for the amount to reflect in your account thereafter depends on your bank or card issuer and the payment aggregator.
